Syrah, Touriga Franca, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Alicante Bouschet from the clay-limestone soils of the Vidigueira vineyards. The harvest is carried out by hand and always takes place at night, in order to preserve the freshness and integrity of the grapes.
